Products Description
The automatic iron removal suspended electromagnetic iron remover adopts the principle of electromagnetic attraction. It is mainly used to remove ferromagnetic impurities mixed in non-magnetic granular materials. It can be directly installed and suspended above the belt conveyor and is widely used in material transportation production lines of industries such as mining, coal, building materials, and power, achieving continuous, efficient, and automatic iron removal.
Working principle
Removing Iron: After the excitation coil of the equipment is energized with direct current, a strong magnetic field is generated. When the materials pass through the magnetic field area, the ferromagnetic impurities within them will be adsorbed onto the surface of the iron remover, thereby achieving an effective separation from non-magnetic materials.
Discharging Iron: After cutting off the power supply, the magnetic field immediately disappears. The adsorbed iron impurities will automatically fall off and be discharged into the iron discharge box under the force of gravity; some models can be equipped with an iron discharge belt to achieve automatic continuous iron discharge without the need for machine shutdown.
