CTB (N, S) Series Permanent Magnet Wet Pre-selection Machine

 This equipment is a dedicated wet pre-selection device for the front end of the mineral processing process. It is located at the very beginning of the entire mineral processing line, before the grinding process. It is specifically designed for pre-selection before grinding, tailing, and efficiency improvement. It focuses on the core function of pre-treatment of raw ore, enabling the separation of magnetic minerals from waste rock without grinding. This reduces the amount of raw materials fed into the grinding machine, lowers grinding energy consumption and equipment wear and tear, and is a key front-end equipment for energy conservation and cost reduction in mines, as well as improving the overall efficiency of the entire process. The raw ore slurry is evenly distributed into the tank through the feeding box and distribution device. The large-angle permanent magnet system generates a stable and strong magnetic force, firmly adsorbing the magnetic minerals onto the surface of the drum. As the drum rotates, they are separated from the magnetic field area and discharged. The non-magnetic waste rock and gangue are not affected by the magnetic force and directly fall into the tailings channel for discharge. By extending the sorting travel and optimizing the distribution effect, efficient tailing rejection and pre-selection of valuable products are achieved, providing high-quality materials for the subsequent grinding section and reducing the load on the grinding section.

1. A uniform material distribution device is installed inside the ore box. The materials are evenly distributed along the entire length of the drum, without uneven distribution or missed selection, and the tailings are more thoroughly removed.

2. A wear-resistant protective layer is added to the surface of the trough body and the magnetic drum. It can withstand the erosion and wear caused by the mineral slurry, significantly extending the service life of the equipment.

3. The magnetic field angle is large, the separation travel is long, the pre-selection accuracy is high, the residual magnetic substances in the tailings are extremely low, and the resource recovery rate is high.

4. The tailing is thrown off in advance before the grinding process, significantly reducing the amount of waste rock entering the grinding machine, lowering the grinding cost, and improving the grinding operation efficiency.

5. The structure is compact and stable, easy to install and debug, and suitable for open-pit or semi-open-pit mining operation conditions at the mine site.
