    The CX dry magnetic separator achieves pure physical dry separation by utilizing the difference in magnetic properties of various minerals, with no water required throughout the operation. During operation, raw ore materials are fed evenly and steadily into the separation chamber via the uniform feeding system. Under the effect of a high-strength permanent magnetic field, valuable metallic minerals with magnetism are quickly adsorbed onto the surface of the rotating drum. In contrast, non-magnetic impurities such as gangue, soil and waste rock slide off automatically under the combined force of gravity and centrifugal force, realizing effective separation between ore and waste rock.

    Equipped with a dynamic magnetic stirring separation structure, the machine keeps materials turning and loosening in the separation zone. It effectively breaks up agglomerated ore particles, greatly reduces gangue entrainment, and solves common drawbacks of conventional equipment such as incomplete separation and ore loss. As the drum rotates continuously, magnetic minerals attached to the drum surface move out of the effective magnetic field area.
