Working principle:

  The RCYD suspended self-cleaning iron remover is installed over the belt conveyor. Its built-in high-strength permanent magnet core generates a stable magnetic field. When bulk materials pass under the magnet, ferrous impurities mixed inside the materials will be attracted firmly to the surface of the unloading belt.

  As the belt runs continuously, it carries the captured iron scraps away from the magnetic area. Once the ferrous metals move out of the magnetic range, they will drop off automatically due to the disappearance of magnetic attraction. This process realizes continuous iron removal and automatic discharging without manual intervention.

  It can continuously separate tramp iron from raw materials, effectively preventing metal fragments from damaging crushers and other downstream processing equipment.
