Pulse Slurry Demagnetizer
The LC Intelligent Pulse Demagnetiser is a piece of equipment specifically designed for slurry pre-treatment in wet mineral processing production lines. It utilises an inductive-capacitive (LC) pulse oscillation circuit to generate an alternating pulsed magnetic field, effectively eliminating residual magnetism within magnetic minerals and breaking up magnetic agglomerations in iron concentrates.
The unit is installed in series downstream of the magnetic separator and upstream of the dewatering screen and filter press. It breaks up agglomerated mineral particles, thereby enhancing screening efficiency and improving concentrate grade, whilst simultaneously reducing the moisture content of the concentrate and optimising production performance in subsequent dewatering and filtration processes. The unit features a straight-through pipework design and is equipped with a dedicated control cabinet; with no rotating moving parts, it is capable of 24-hour continuous, stable online operation.
Outstanding features
1. Stable demagnetization effect: Pulse alternating magnetic field continuously demagnetizes, efficiently disperses concentrate magnetic agglomeration, significantly reduces concentrate moisture, and improves concentrate grade;
2. Simple and reliable structure: The pipeline has a straight through structure, with no motor or rotating parts on the main unit, almost maintenance free, and extremely low failure rate;
3. Easy and flexible installation: The flange pipeline is installed in series and directly connected to the existing slurry pipeline, making on-site modification simple;
4. Energy saving operation: LC oscillation circuit has low energy consumption, supports long-term continuous operation, and has low operating costs;
5. Supporting independent control cabinet: integrated pulse power control system, easy to operate, stable operating parameters;
6. Complete specifications: available in various diameter models including Φ 138, Φ 159, Φ 219, and Φ 300, suitable for production lines with different slurry flow rates.
