Installation method

Mostly used in special positions such as the head of the belt conveyor and material climbing transportation. The inclination angle of the equipment can be adjusted as needed to fit the on-site transportation trajectory. It can not only enhance the iron and impurity adsorption effect but also make the iron removal process smoother, avoiding iron residue. It is suitable for production lines with different belt speeds and operating conditions.
Suitable for the area above the conventional horizontal conveyor belt. The equipment is smoothly suspended directly above the belt, matching the direction of material transportation, ensuring uniform magnetic field coverage of the material layer and achieving stable iron removal. The installation is firm and the force distribution is balanced, making it suitable for most standardized production lines.


After the equipment is powered on and started, the internal excitation component will quickly form a strong and highly penetrating magnetic field. When the materials mixed with ferromagnetic impurities pass through the area below the descaling device, the iron blocks, iron shavings, iron nails and other ferromagnetic impurities in the materials will be firmly adsorbed on the surface of the descaling belt by the powerful magnetic force. Subsequently, the running descaling belt will continuously transport the adsorbed ferromagnetic impurities to the non-magnetic area. At this time, the iron pieces lose magnetic force adsorption and automatically fall off to the iron collection device under the influence of their own gravity, completing the entire process of descaling and iron removal. The entire process does not require manual intervention. The normal material transportation and descaling operation proceed simultaneously, achieving continuous and automated descaling without affecting the original production rhythm.
The overall structure of this equipment is compact and durable. Its core consists of excitation magnets, a fully automatic iron removal mechanism, a frame, a driving component, a sealing protection structure, etc. The magnetic circuit has been meticulously optimized for design, with strong magnetic field penetration and uniform suction force. It can deeply capture ferromagnetic impurities within the material layer. The iron removal mechanism operates smoothly and without interruption, and when combined with a dedicated belt, it can achieve continuous and uninterrupted iron removal, eliminating the problem of iron accumulation and jamming. The equipment adopts a fully sealed protective design, featuring excellent dust-proof, rain-proof, and corrosion-resistant properties. The internal insulation and heat dissipation structure is complete, allowing for long-term stable operation without the need for frequent shutdown for maintenance. The installation method is flexible, and it can be directly paired with various material conveyors and crushing equipment for Linkage use, meeting the layout requirements of different production lines.
