After years of research and development, building upon advanced international technologies and incorporating feedback from domestic users, we have successfully designed the SX0709 series of dry electromagnetic powder magnetic separator. This machine features a unique design and delivers a magnetic field strength of up to 23,000 GAUSS, offering exceptional magnetic adsorption and retention. It effectively eliminates mechanical iron contaminants introduced during powder processing, while also removing iron oxide (Fe₂O₃) from raw ore-a task that poses difficulties for conventional iron removal equipment-as well as most other weakly magnetic impurities, resulting in superior iron purification.

The SX0709 dry electromagnetic powder magnetic separator allows for quick and easy cleaning, with iron discharge completed in just over ten seconds. It can be deployed as a standalone unit, or multiple units can be arranged in series or parallel to enhance iron removal efficiency and increase processing capacity. This machine is the ideal solution for enterprises aiming to improve product quality and achieve higher grade standards.

The material is evenly introduced into the separation chamber through the feeding inlet.

Under the action of water spray, the powder particles are dispersed upon entering the processing zone. Magnetic particles are magnetized under the influence of the electromagnetic field, forming magnetic clusters or chains.

These magnetic aggregates are adsorbed onto the surface of the rotating drum, while non-magnetic or weakly magnetic substances remain within the slurry flow.

Due to the alternating magnetic poles on the drum, the magnetic particles experience constant agitation during rotation, which helps to release entrapped non-magnetic impurities.

As the drum continues to rotate, the magnetic material is carried toward a low-intensity magnetic field area, where it is flushed off by water spray and collected as concentrate.

The remaining non-magnetic materials are discharged from the bottom outlet as tailings along with the slurry.
