Product feature and application
(1) A material leveling device is installed within the feed box to ensure that the material entering the trough is evenly distributed along the length of the drum.
(2) A wear-resistant coating is applied to the inner surface of the trough and the outer surface of the magnetic drum of the permanent magnet wet magnetic separator to enhance wear resistance and extend service life.
(3) The magnetic content of tailings screened by permanent magnetic wet magnetic separator is significantly reduced, 1-3% lower than that of tailings discarded by ordinary magnetic separation equipment.
(4) The permanent magnet wet magnetic separator has a large magnetic system angle, a longer separation process, and can increase the concentrate grade by 2-4%.
Operation Maintenance Guide
Pre-Operation
Check for any foreign objects in the tank and ensure all transmission parts are lubricated.

Feed material evenly and avoid large lumps or debris.

Always flush the tank and magnetic drum with clean water to prevent material from hardening and causing blockages.

Routine Maintenance
Check magnetic intensity (using a Gauss meter) every 2000 operation hours. Clean bearings and replace grease annually.
