Premium Ceramic Filter

The SA Series Ceramic Vacuum Filter is a high-efficiency vacuum solid-liquid separation system integrating electromechanical technology, automatic control, ultrasonic cleaning, and microporous ceramic filtration technology.
Using advanced microporous ceramic filter plates as the filtration medium, the system separates solids and liquids under vacuum pressure. It offers high filtration efficiency, low cake moisture, clear filtrate, low energy consumption, environmental protection, and a high level of automation.
Compared with conventional filtration equipment, the SA Series features lower operating costs, stable performance, long service life, and easy maintenance, making it ideal for mining, metallurgy, chemicals, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and wastewater treatment industries.

 

 

Working principle

 

 

1. Vacuum adsorption filtration: The filter disc is immersed in the slurry tank, and under the action of vacuum, a filter cake is formed on the surface of the ceramic filter plate. The filtrate enters the distribution head through the ceramic micropores and then enters the vacuum system.

2. Vacuum dehydration: The filter disc rotates to the drying zone, and the filter cake continues to dehydrate under vacuum, increasing the degree of filter cake and reducing the moisture content.

3. Automatic unloading: After entering the unloading area, a scraper is used for automatic unloading, and the filter cake falls off and enters the conveying equipment or silo.

4. Automatic backwashing: After unloading is completed, the filter plate enters the backwashing area, and the filtrate flows back into the interior of the ceramic plate to remove residual particles blocking the micropores and restore filtration performance.

5. Ultrasonic cleaning: After continuous operation for 8-12 hours, the equipment automatically starts ultrasonic cleaning and uses chemical cleaning solution to deeply clean the ceramic plate, thoroughly removing blockages in the micropores and ensuring long-term stable filtration efficiency.
