Rotary Disc Filter
A rotary disc filter utilizes vacuum as a filtration force to separate solids from liquids in slurries. The filter discs rotate at a constant speed around the main axis, simultaneously completing the entire process of slurry adsorption, filter cake dehydration, discharge, and filter cloth cleaning. The entire process proceeds continuously. The disc vacuum filters has passed ISO9001:2015 and other quality management system certifications, and is in line with the company's environmental benefits.
Product Features
1. Our new rotary disc filter fan design features evenly distributed dewatering holes and a large effective area, improving the filter's processing capacity.
2. The drive features a continuously variable speed, adjustable according to material concentration and flow rate. Using an AC speed-controlled motor or inverter, we achieve optimal dewatering results.
