As the drum rotates, a vacuum is applied within the discs, drawing liquid through the cloth and forming a moist filter cake on the surface. This cake is then discharged continuously as the disc rotates past the discharge zone. Drying Zone: The filter cake continues to dehydrate under high vacuum. Discharging Zone: A scraper automatically unloads the filter cake without vacuum. Backwashing: Industrial water or filtrate enters the ceramic plate through a distribution valve, cleaning clogged pores from the inside out. After a full cycle of use, the ceramic plate is cleaned using a combination of ultrasonic and low-concentration acid to maintain efficient operation.

1. The new filter fan of the Rotary Vacuum Disc Filter has evenly distributed water holes. Its optimized porosity and high strength (the filter fan is made of high-strength engineering plastic) ensure a long service life, with an average lifespan increased by 1-1.5 times. Furthermore, the large effective area of the filter fan enhances the filter's processing capacity.

2. The large filtration area and large distribution head cavity capacity improve both air extraction efficiency and filtrate discharge efficiency.

3. The agitator shaft utilizes a horizontal, forced variable-speed agitator, and the shaft end features a triple-combination rubber, packing, and water seal for a flexible seal, effectively preventing slurry leakage and guaranteeing a service life of over 8 years.

4. The drive features infinitely variable speeds, adjustable according to material concentration and flow rate, utilizing either an AC speed-controlled motor or a frequency converter for optimal performance.

5. A centralized, multi-point automatic lubrication system ensures normal operation of the equipment, and a filter cloth cleaning device maintains excellent dewatering performance.
