1. The computer control box utilizes a number of advanced technologies, including large-scale integrated circuits (ICs), bidirectional thyristors (SCRs), and maintenance-free operation. Centrally controlled by the SCM, it simultaneously controls multiple thyristors. The low-energy design achieves near-zero power consumption, ensuring that the overall electrical performance is unaffected by environmental and temperature fluctuations. The time interval can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the high-speed instantaneous strong vibration function regularly cleans overscreen material, eliminating screen sticking issues. This significantly improves the screen penetration rate and provides significant economic benefits.

2. The fully sealed design eliminates the traditional overscreen slurry receiving chute. This reduces the risk of overscreen slurry escaping, bubbling, and leaking, significantly improving the working environment and reducing labor intensity.

The screen is driven by two vibrator motors rotating in opposite directions. This synchronization creates a linear vibration force along the screen deck. The high rotational speed of the motors (3600 RPM) generates a powerful vibratory action. As the slurry is fed onto the screen surface, the high-frequency vibration causes water and ultra-fines to pass through the mesh, while the larger, dewatered solids convey to the discharge end.

The electromagnetic vibrator is powered by a semi-wave rectified power supply. When current flows through the coils in the vibrator, it generates a pulsating magnetic field that attracts and releases the armature at a high frequency (3000 times per minute on a 50Hz supply). This creates a high-frequency, low-amplitude mechanical vibration that is transmitted to the screen frame, promoting stratification and separation of particles through the screen mesh.
