RCDB dry‑type electromagnetic iron remover is a suspended disc‑type self‑cooling iron‑separating equipment. It is mainly installed above belt conveyors to remove ferrous impurities mixed in powdery and lumpy non‑magnetic materials. Widely used in mining, coal, building materials, cement, chemical and other industries, it purifies raw material quality and protects downstream key production equipment such as crushers and ball mills from damage caused by iron block impact. Multiple specifications are available to match conveyor belts of different widths for various dry‑material iron‑removal working conditions.
This equipment works with strong magnetic field generated by DC excitation coils. After DC power‑on, internal coils produce stable closed magnetic field. When materials mixed with iron scraps, bolts, iron blocks and other debris pass underneath the equipment along the conveyor belt, ferromagnetic impurities will be firmly attracted to the bottom of the iron remover, while non‑ferrous materials move forward normally for separation. Once power is cut off, the magnetic field disappears and adsorbed iron pieces fall off by gravity for collection, realizing effective separation between materials and ferrous impurities.
Optimized magnetic circuit is adopted for RCDB dry‑type electromagnetic iron remover to deliver large magnetic penetration depth and stable magnetic output, capturing fine iron scraps as well as heavy iron blocks of dozens of kilograms. The whole machine adopts vacuum‑cast fully‑sealed self‑cooling structure with electrical resin, together with cooling fins for enhanced heat dissipation and excellent temperature‑rise control. Dust‑proof, rain‑proof and corrosion‑resistant, it runs stably under harsh conditions with heavy dust or open‑air humidity. Featuring simple structure for easy installation and maintenance, it outperforms general industry standards with low failure rate and reduced production‑line operation & maintenance costs.
Linqu Sanxing Electromagnetic Equipment Co., Ltd. has years of experience in manufacturing magnetic separation equipment. It owns standardized workshops and professional testing laboratories. Core processes including iron core processing, coil pouring, complete‑machine assembly and factory magnetic‑field inspection are all finished in‑house. Customization is available according to overseas customers' site conditions, material features and belt parameters. Strict controls are applied to raw materials and every production procedure, with full‑set performance tests before delivery. Mass‑order delivery capacity is guaranteed. The company also provides model‑selection guidance, technical drawings, installation references and after‑sales technical support to deliver complete equipment solutions for foreign buyers.
Besides numerous domestic industrial and mining projects, our RCDB dry‑type electromagnetic iron removers have been exported in batches to Southeast Asia, Central Asia and other overseas regions. They are widely adopted in overseas production lines for mines, sand & aggregates and building‑material processing. For some overseas sites with thick material layers and heavy dust, the equipment maintains stable iron‑removal performance during long‑term continuous operation. It effectively cuts down shutdowns caused by crusher damage and improves finished‑material quality. Reliable product quality and responsive technical support bring repeat orders and positive feedback from many overseas clients.
