GJT-B Metal Detectors
GJT-B Metal Detector is a metal detection device, which is mainly used in mining, stone, cement, coal, thermal power generation, building materials and other industries. It is installed on the belt conveyor to detect metal objects mixed in the belt conveyed materials. When the non-magnetic materials conveyed by the belt contain metal objects and pass through the metal detector, the alarm on the metal detector will sound an alarm. The staff will quickly stop the belt conveyor and clean out the metal objects in the belt conveyed materials to prevent the metal objects from entering the crushing or extrusion equipment of the next process along with the belt conveyed materials, thereby preventing the crushing or extrusion equipment from being damaged.

Working principle
The GJT-B Metal Detectors utilize the latest metal detection technology-digital phase shifting and related detection techniques-in their circuit design, resulting in stable performance, high detection sensitivity, and strong anti-interference capabilities. They utilize the signal changes generated when metal enters the sensor's electromagnetic field, electronically process these signals, and activate the actuators (electromagnets and motor switches) to eliminate harmful metals.
- Detection range: Iron, aluminum, stainless steel, alloys, and other metals.
- Timing function: Relay energizes with a time delay of 1-10 seconds. Control output: One pair of normally open and one pair of normally closed relay contacts.
- Mounting method: The sensor is mounted on the belt conveyor frame. The belt conveyor amplitude should be less than 0.5mm. If the amplitude exceeds 0.5mm, the sensor bracket should be installed separately.
(Note: If the power supply voltage is unstable, a voltage regulator should be used.)
