    The disc vacuum filter is an intelligent solid-liquid separation device designed for continuous industrial production. It features large processing capacity, low filter cake moisture content and low operation and maintenance costs. Widely applicable in mineral processing, metallurgy, chemical production, power plant desulfurization, industrial and municipal sewage treatment, it solves dewatering challenges for fine ore slurry, micro-powder slurry and various industrial sludges. It serves as core equipment for material purification, tailings dry stacking, sludge reduction and environmentally compliant production.

    The equipment realizes automatic solid-liquid separation through vacuum pressure difference. The main filtering body is a assembled disc structure composed of multiple independent fan-shaped filter units. Equipped with professional filter cloth, each unit forms a separate filtering chamber. During operation, the speed regulating system drives the disc to rotate steadily. The lower part of the disc is immersed in the slurry tank. Vacuum pressure difference adsorbs solid particles onto the filter cloth to form compact filter cakes, while liquid filtrate penetrates the cloth and is discharged separately.

With continuous disc rotation, the filter cake undergoes static sedimentation and vacuum air drying to gradually reduce moisture. At the final stage, filter cakes are thoroughly discharged via combined air back-blowing and flexible scraper design. The supporting tank stirring system keeps slurry evenly mixed, prevents fine particle sedimentation and stratification, and ensures stable and consistent filtering conditions.

    Adopting a compact modular structure, the machine features reasonable layout, easy disassembly and maintenance, and durable anti-corrosion core components.
