High Frequency Linear Vibrating Screen serves as high-performance screening equipment, dedicated to fine particle classification, material dewatering and desliming tasks. The unit adopts paired vibration motors running in synchronous reverse rotation. This setup creates a linear vibration track. As materials land on the screen deck, they bounce and travel forward continuously to achieve accurate, efficient separation.
This equipment can be divided into two types based on motor rotating speed. Higher rotational speed brings elevated vibration frequency, which helps boost screening efficiency and overall handling capacity. It can handle materials as fine as 400 mesh, and separate raw feed into up to seven different particle fractions in one pass. Working principle
Two vibration motors are fitted on the high-frequency linear vibrating screen to provide excitation power. When the two motors rotate synchronously towards opposite directions, eccentric blocks installed on motor shafts generate centrifugal exciting force. Horizontal force components counteract one another, while forces aligned along the vibration direction stack together and form stable linear excitation force.
Under this driving force, the screen box carries out high-frequency reciprocating linear vibration at a fixed inclination angle. Driven by inertia, materials on the screen surface repeatedly lift up and drop down while moving towards the discharge end. Fine particles smaller than screen apertures pass through the mesh to finish separation work. The machine is widely selected for fine grain classification, dewatering, desliming and demediation operations.
