Mining High Frequency Vibrating Screen

Power Unit Multiple independent electromagnetic vibrators are installed on the side of the screen box. They drive the vibrating arm and rubber top block to vibrate only the screen mesh, while the screen box and frame remain stationary. Each vibrator can be adjusted independently to adapt to different material conditions.

Screening Unit Single-layer or multi-layer screen meshes are available for flexible configuration. The screen mesh is independently tensioned and can be easily disassembled and replaced. Rubber top blocks reduce vibration and noise, as well as equipment wear.

Adjustment and Discharge Structure The screen surface angle can be adjusted through the inclination chute. Three discharge outlets are provided for graded separation of dry materials and slurry.

Support Frame The integrated steel frame base ensures stable operation with low dynamic load, reducing civil foundation costs.

After the equipment is powered on, the electromagnetic vibrator drives the vibrating arm to strike the rubber top block at high frequency, causing the screen mesh to vibrate at high frequency with small amplitude, while the screen box remains stationary.

Material falls onto the inclined screen surface from the feed inlet. Under high-frequency vibration, fine particles are effectively separated and pass through the screen mesh. At the same time, coarse particles move downward along the screen surface and are discharged from the upper discharge outlet. In this way, the equipment achieves grading, dewatering, desliming and coarse separation of fine materials.
