A wet permanent magnet drum magnetic separator consists of six main components: a drum, roller, brush, magnetic system, trough, and transmission. The drum is welded from 2-3mm thick stainless steel sheet. The end caps are cast aluminum or workpieces, connected to the drum with stainless steel screws. A motor, either through a reducer or a stepless speed-controlled motor, drives the drum, magnetic roller, and brush in rotation. The magnetic system is an open system, housed within the drum and fully exposed. The magnets are mounted to the base of the yoke with stainless steel bolts. The yoke shaft extends outside the drum and is secured to the end with a crank arm. The crank arm can be moved to adjust the magnetic system's deflection angle, which can then be secured with a tie rod once properly adjusted. The working area of the trough is constructed of stainless steel, while the frame and other parts of the trough are welded from ordinary steel.
