Magnetic Separator Safety Regulations

1. Starting or stopping the equipment under load is strictly prohibited.
2. Maintenance and cleaning are strictly prohibited while the equipment is in operation.
3. Regularly clean the feed box, concentrate box, and tailings box. Do not strike the equipment with heavy hammers to prevent the magnetic element from breaking or the lining from falling off.
4. Regularly inspect the drum to prevent damage to the equipment caused by other metal objects or tools stuck to the drum.
5. Prevent sharp objects from scratching the drum surface.
6. No one is allowed to stand or sit on the drum or place heavy objects on it. a) During maintenance work, the drum must not be subjected to any force or damage.
