Permanent magnet drum01

As the core working area of the equipment, the drum is embedded with high-performance permanent magnets inside, and its surface is covered with wear-resistant liners. The magnetic field strength is stable, which can effectively adsorb magnetic minerals. The wear-resistant liners can reduce the wear of the drum and extend its service life.

 

 

 

Magnetic Field System02

Composed of permanent magnetic materials arranged at specific angles, it determines the distribution and intensity of the magnetic field. A well-designed magnetic field system can increase the recovery rate of magnetic minerals.

 

 

Feed tank 03

It is used to hold the material to be sorted. It is equipped with a stirring device to prevent the mineral particles from settling, ensuring uniform concentration of the slurry and guaranteeing the consistency of sorting.

 

Discharge device 04

It is divided into two types: scraper type and brush type. They are used to completely scrape or brush off the magnetic mineral particles adhered to the surface of the permanent magnet cylinder, avoiding the accumulation of these particles which may affect the separation efficiency.

 

 

Transmission System05

The driving permanent magnet cylinder rotates at a constant speed. The rotational speed can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the minerals to ensure a continuous and smooth sorting process.

Base frame06

It is used to fix various components of the equipment, ensuring the stability of the equipment during operation and reducing the impact of vibration on the sorting effect.
