Principle of Operation

When the equipment's coils are energised, they generate a high-intensity magnetic field, causing ferrous impurities within the powdered material passing through the chamber to be attracted and retained by the magnetic force; during operation, the magnetic chamber remains in vibration to ensure the smooth discharge of the powder without blockages; the equipment utilises forced oil circulation and water cooling to dissipate heat from the coils, whilst simultaneously monitoring the oil temperature in real time; in the event of abnormal temperatures, the system automatically triggers an alarm or even shuts down to prevent damage to the coils caused by excessive heat; The PLC control system periodically de-magnetises the coil; the adsorbed ferrous impurities then fall away under their own weight, enabling rapid iron removal. Once iron removal is complete, the equipment automatically resumes magnetisation. The entire process operates in an automated cycle, ensuring uninterrupted and stable completion of the powder de-ironisation
