I. Excitation and Magnetization: Constructing a Strong Magnetic Adsorption Field

After the equipment is powered on, the electrical control system rectifies alternating current (AC) into direct current (DC) and supplies it to the excitation coil. When the coil is energized, it generates a high-intensity DC magnetic field. The magnetic field strength at the rated lifting height can reach 60-150mT, and some models can be even higher. This magnetic field can fully cover the belt conveyor area, providing core power for the adsorption of iron impurities; at the same time, the magnetic circuit of the equipment is optimally designed with a deep magnetic penetration depth, which can accurately capture ferromagnetic impurities deeply buried in the material layer.

II. Magnetic Field Adsorption: Capturing Ferromagnetic Impurities

When the belt conveyor carries bulk materials such as ore and coal passing under the iron remover, ferromagnetic impurities such as iron filings, bolts and iron blocks mixed in the materials will be quickly adsorbed to the surface of the iron unloading belt under the action of strong magnetic force. Even small-sized impurities can be accurately captured, thereby preventing impurities from entering subsequent processing procedures along with the materials.

III. Automatic Iron Unloading: Closed-Loop Cycle Operation

The drive motor drives the iron unloading belt to operate continuously through a chain, transporting the belt area adsorbed with iron impurities to the magnetic field blind zone. At this time, the iron impurities lose the magnetic field adsorption force and separate from the belt under the combined action of their own gravity and the belt's operating inertia, falling into a special iron collection box. After unloading iron, the belt returns to the magnetic field working area to continue the iron impurity adsorption task, forming a continuous closed-loop operation of "excitation-adsorption-iron unloading", which can realize 24-hour uninterrupted operation.
