Overview
The PTL quantitative feeder (lever type) is an integrated continuous weighing and quantitative conveying device for bulk materials, combining conveying, metering, and automatic control. It is suitable for granular, powdery, and lumpy bulk materials (cement, ore, coal, grain, etc.) and is mainly used in building materials, metallurgy, power, chemical, coal, mining, grain, and environmental protection fields.
Working Principle
1. Material Conveying : The material is evenly distributed onto the circular conveyor belt by the pressure-reducing distributor, and the belt is driven at a constant speed by a frequency converter.
2. Weight Detection : The belt load is transmitted to the load cell through the lever-type weighing body, outputting an electrical signal proportional to the material weight.
3. Speed Detection : The speed sensor collects the belt speed signal in real time.
4. Flow Calculation : The weighing control instrument receives the weight and speed signals and calculates the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative volume.
5. Closed-loop control : The instrument compares the actual flow rate with the set value, adjusts the frequency converter output via PID control, and automatically adjusts the belt speed to stabilize the actual feed rate at the set value.

Reducing hopper pressure distributor : Eliminates the impact of hopper pressure fluctuations on the weighing platform load, ensuring uniform material distribution.
Lever-type weighing platform : The core weighing mechanism, counteracting belt tension interference and ensuring weighing accuracy.
Transmission device : Variable frequency motor and direct-drive reducer, low noise, high efficiency, dust resistant.
2. Detection system
Load sensor : High precision, converts weight into an electrical signal.
Speed sensor : Real-time acquisition of belt speed, anti-slip detection.

Weighing control instrument : Calculation, display, PID adjustment, alarm output.
Frequency converter : Receives instrument signals, continuously variable speed drive motor.
