This permanent magnetic wet drum separator is independently developed and manufactured by our company and has passed ISO9001:2015 quality certifications. Its core structure consists of a rotating drum housing a high-performance permanent magnet system. This system, composed of neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) magnets, generates a powerful magnetic force, achieving a magnetic field strength of up to 8500 GS at the drum surface and a recovery rate of up to 98%, with tailings content 1-3% lower than that of conventional magnetic separators. The drum is constructed of stainless steel with a vulcanized rubber or ceramic wear-resistant coating for excellent wear resistance, significantly extending permanent magnetic wet drum separator service life.

 

Product Features

 

1. High performance NdFeB or ferrite permanent magnets ensure high magnetic field strength, very high recovery rates and high concentrate grades in permanent magnetic wet drum separators.
2. The drum is covered with wear-resistant rubber, ceramic, or stainless steel, and the end caps are cast aluminum for corrosion and wear resistance, making it suitable for long-term use in harsh, humid environments.
3. Its simple structure and uniform feed mechanism simplify maintenance, ensuring the drum permanent magnetic separator maintains high performance over the long term.

 

Product Applications

 

This permanent magnetic wet drum separator is primarily used for beneficiation of iron ore and manganese ore, fine screening of magnetite, pyrrhotite, and titanomagnetite, and removal of magnetic impurities from non-magnetic minerals such as feldspar, quartz, and kaolin.
